without limitation with respect to the number of kilometres travelled
ideal for families and individuals alike
can be purchased for any day, including working days

Terms and Conditions

EgroNet network tickets offer the option to travel by train, bus or municipal mass transport in parts of four regions, specifically in part of the Karlovy Vary region and in selected districts of Bavaria, Thuringia and Saxony – in the Egrensis Euroregion.

one-day EgroNet network ticket for one, two, three, four or five persons
within the scope of a single ticketing (one travel document) up to three children aged 6-14 can travel free of charge
the ticket is non-transferable – the passenger’s name and surname appear on the ticket (if a ticket for multiple passengers is purchased, the names and surnames of all passengers appear)

Children up to 6 years of age always travel free of charge. Transport of a bicycle as oversized luggage is free of charge with an EgroNet ticket.

Temporal validity of EgroNet tickets

EgroNet network tickets are valid until 3:00 (a.m.) on the day following the day indicated thereupon.

These tickets cannot be purchased neither in advance sales nor e-shop.

Validity of EgroNet tickets

in 2nd class on all ČD trains in the extent of the All-day region Karlovy Vary ticket offer
in 2nd class on trains operated by GW Train Regio (GWTR) (on lines No. 145 and 149)
in Germany in 2nd class on regional trains
on selected bus lines in the Czech Republic and Germany
on municipal mass transport connections in selected cities in the Czech Republic and Germany
at selected partner institutions (e.g. cultural facilities, museums, restaurants) in the Czech Republic and Germany you will receive a discount on admission or expenditures with your EgroNet ticket
Current and more detailed information on the involvement of individual carriers and contractual partners is published online on www.egronet.de

It is not possible to upgrade to 1st class when travelling on an EgroNet ticket.

Is it possible to purchase an EgroNet ticket on a Wednesday for Friday travel?

No, EgroNet tickets cannot be purchased in advance sales. You can only purchase them on the day when you will use them.
