Retrieval of a reservation for persons with limited mobility and orientation

Don’t forget to retrieve and pay in a timely manner for the reservation for your booked and approved journey. For each approved journey you will receive a payment code for purchasing a reservation. You can retrieve and pay for reservations in the ČD e-shop, at the ticket counter or from the conductor on the train.
