Purchase the All-Day Ticket

*Tickets can also be purchased at the ticket counter, from the conductor on the train (if you are traveling from a station where the ticket office was not open) or at selected ticket machines.

The All-Day Ticket offers

  • train travel throughout the Czech Republic or a selected region
  • unlimited number of kilometers traveled
  • unlimited number of journeys and trains used
  • get on and off whenever you want
  • transferable ticket (except for tickets purchased in the e-shop or the My Train application)
  • valid all day until midnight
  • ticket for one passenger on all our trains in 2nd class

All-Day Ticket Conditions

With an All-Day Ticket, one passenger can travel all day in 2nd class on all categories of Czech Railways trains. The ticket can be purchased for any day. The passenger's age does not matter.

An All-Day Ticket purchased in the ČD e-shop is not valid for journeys abroad.

Other conditions

  • The All-Day Ticket is valid in 2nd class, a one-time surcharge to 1st class is possible (the passenger pays the difference between 1st and 2nd class fare, for which he proves entitlement for the section in which he actually used 1st class)
  • a seat reservation must be purchased for trains with mandatory seat reservations
  • a one-time fare surcharge for a detour and when traveling beyond the original destination station to the All-Day Regional Ticket is not possible
  • the all-day ticket All-Day Ticket is always valid until 24:00 on the first day of validity
  • An All-Day Ticket can be purchased at the ticket counter or at selected ticket machines in advance sales up to half a year in advance or from the conductor on the train (when boarding the train without a ticket at a station with an open ticket counter or ticket machine, you will pay an additional handling surcharge).

With an All-Day Ticket also abroad

For traveling in the border area with Germany, you can also purchase a special version of the All-Day Ticket.


Example of using an All-Day Ticket

A one-day trip from Ostrava to Pilsen and back will cost CZK 799 with an All-Day Ticket. For a one-way journey, you will therefore pay only CZK 400.

When traveling from Prostějov to Ostružná for skiing and back in the evening, the entire journey with a single All-Day Ticket for the Olomouc Region will cost you CZK 249.
